What’s Cookin’? REAL FOODS ON A DIME 2

Shalom,

Here’s what I made today for Real Foods On a Dime <g>

I went into my freezer and got some organic beef stew meat and a wild Alaskan salmon fillet. I also got some frozen broccoli cuts.

I am about out of extra virgin olive oil, so I used what I had and used some canola oil and toasted sesame oil.

I roasted the meat and broccoli with Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, and garlic in one pan and the salmon and broccoli, garlic and mustard in another.

I also made 6 rolls from organic eggs and flax seed since I’m not eating grains.

For breakfast, we had leftovers (Blueberry Baked Oatmeal and Whole Wheat Raisin Bread and butter)

For lunch we had more leftovers:
Whole wheat pasta with Parmesan cheese and garlic
Homemade whole wheat green pizzas

Leftover Whole Wheat Vegan Chocolate cake

What are y’all cookin’ and eatin today?
