“The Rule is Flavor, and Flavor Rules!” According to Peter Reinhart

So, I schlepped my FIVE Peter Reinhart cookbooks all the way to the 4th Annual Asheville Artisan Bread Festival and begged him to sign them while words were spilling out of my mouth about how honored I was to meet him, yada yada yada. (He must be used to foodie, breadie, groupies!) Gracious and friendly, Chef Reinhart was happy to oblige and signed each of my treasured books.

My dear friend Serena and I sat in front drinking in every word, she snapping these pictures, and I furiously copying notes. We didn’t want to forget one thing that Chef Reinhart taught us.
