  2. I have a questions about your recipes in this book. I am considering ordering it, but am wondering if you use soy in them at all? We don’t use any soy.

    Most of the recipes do not contain soy. There is so much information on health and nutrition as well as an abundance of recipes (without soy), I know you’ll enjoy it!
